"minor injuries unit"

I went to the hospital today in agony from an ear infection. i left the same way. The first thing the nurse told me was that 'they didn't deal with illness here just injuries, She did have a look and took my temperature and then advised me to call 111 if things got bad. things were and are bad, that's why I went to a hospital. Apparently if you are unwell Chippenham hospital is not the place to go. seems to be a misuse of the word. Luckily I have an appointment with a doctor on Tuesday. I will try not to bother this place again
