"disgusting!!!!!"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

I had a fantastic opinion of this department until my little boy of 5 broke his glasses....he is currently wearing them with cellotape and cardboard to keep them on his face....they were ill fitted in the first place to which the opticians are responsible however unhelpful........my priority is not to leave him until June with no glasses but apparently the only children they can help with exactly the same problem is special needs children...why ??? R special needs children more important then my child ? Do they deserve better eyesight ??? Or is it the fact you will get a better profit from those patients......This is discrimination....my child is getting picked on for the state of his glasses...they are ill fitting which is causing headaches....you have a duty of care to help me and my boy....I pay my taxes a lot of taxes and I also work in the nhs so this is why I find it even nor obsurd I am literally disgusted and will be taking this majorly further.....
