"Wonderful staff"

I had an appointment at the Endoscopy Unit for a Gastroscopy. I had heard various reports from friends of this procedure, ranging from gastly to ok, so I was slightly apprehensive. On reaching the unit I was treated with the utmost dignity, respect and professionalism. Everything was explained in detail and I discussed the option of sedation (which I had previously made my mind up to have) versus just the throat spray. The staff were so kind and put me under no pressure for one or the other and I decided to go with the spray only. It was absolutely fine and I experienced virtually hardly any discomfort. The procedure was done very quickly and efficiently. My thanks to the staff at Endoscopy, who were marvelous. Please relay this to them. Thank you.
