"Phlebotomy Dept and staff"

I would just like to praise the staff, both at the PRH Hospital, and those who come out to GP Surgeries for the skill, care and efficiency of the service that they provide. I have had occasion to be in need of their services in the Department at the day patients waiting area, where they have what seems to me to be a thankless task, and one which they carry out extremely well. I have also needed to use them when I have had blood tests done at Charleton Medical in Oakengates, where I have found the same to be true. I don't know whether they are the regular recipients of praise or not, but I would like to thank them for the difficult and important work that the do for us all, both in the Hospital, and out in the community.
