"Very Pleased"

I was referred to the Urgent Care Unit after calling 111. I found the experience as painless as any hospital visit could hope to be. The wait was less than 2 hours and the treatment quick. I feel as if the reception staff could try harder not to look inconvenienced by the patients. But the doctors and nurses were lovely and very efficient. I had to come back the next day for a repeat blood test and was able to do this without waiting in the queue again.
