"No more stress"

After contacting my consultants secretary for over 2 weeks to obtain my results I still hadnt received it (I was advised on the first call the consultant had drafted a letter & it was due to be typed). I contacted care connect not expecting much, however I received a phone call within the hour asking for more detail. Then by early afternoon I had confirmation my letter was in the post. Sure enough it was & I have received it today!
