"appointment for MRI"

I have been waiting for an apointment for a MRI for my jaw, its been 2 months and I have not had anyone contact me, its absolutely outrages. I was promised by the service desk administrator in the oral/maxcillofacial department that I would be contacted. I have tried to contact the department and no one answers the phone. Its so frastrating, im in serious pain and not getting any further with my appointment.
