At present I need D.H.E. (Dihydroergotamine) treatment so was admitted to University Hospital of Wales under the care of a Consultant Neurologist. I was transferred to The National Hospital of Neurology and Neurosurgery in Queen Square, London last March but was discharged back under the care of University Hospital, Wales. When asked where I would like to receive my ongoing neurocare, I put in writing that I wanted to stay at University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff. However, I was told that if I didn't go to my outpatient appointment in Queen Square I would lose my neurocare at University Hospital, Wales.
