"Excellent service and treatment - thank you"

Appointment made by my GP with the dermatology dept. I was seen within two weeks (this was not an urgent condition but clarification was needed for the diagnosis). I arrived at the hospital in time for my 9.20am appointment. I must of looked a little lost and a kind nurse pointed me in the right direction of the ward without me asking. We were booked in by a receptionist with a smile and seen by an efficient , friendly, polite and pleasant nurse. My follow up appointment was booked there and then. We were all done and dusted within 25 minutes. Great service, great staff. Many thanks to all who made this a pleasant experience. Jenno
