About: North Middlesex Hospital

I have been calling this hospital today on 0208887 2000 and am waiting now for over 10 minutes, i have hung up and re rung again for the third time and yet no answer not even an automated response, which i did get the first time I rang. If this was an emergency i would not know what to do. I am ringing to speak to the Cardiac unit.

So sorry to hear that you were having difficulty in contacting us through our switchboard. Throughout the day the volume of calls are high and our switchboard staff do respond to calls as quickly as possible. There are direct dial numbers available for departments which can offset you calling the switchboard. Cardiology telephone number for future use is 020 8887 3663. I am the service manager for switchboard, david.sowoolu@nhs.net and if you could email more details, time and date and the telephone number you were calling from I can investigate this delay further..
