"Paediatric care"

About: St Helier Hospital

Took my son to Urgent Care Unit with a rash and a headache, although the wait was quite long, the staff prioritize the cases which i can appreciate. I wish i had taken the doctors name who assisted us because later that evening my son started showing signs of major improvement after administering the prescribed medication. I would like to thank the doctor for her care and assistance and the staff for their dedication and friendliness.

Thanks for your comments. The staff in our Urgent Care Centre work exceptionally hard to keep things running smoothly, and we’re sure they will appreciate hearing that this hasn't gone unnoticed by you. We’ll pass your comments on anyway, but if you would like to find out which doctor prescribed your son’s medication, you can always get in touch with our Patient Advice and Liaison Services (PALS) team on 020 8296 2508 or by email at pals@esth.nhs.uk.
