"Beyond useless"

About: Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (Bolsover Street)

Having tried umpteen times to get through to a human being in the pain unit, without success, I've now given up. I've left messages, been given 'dead' numbers and told I'll be called back. A total disgrace and of no use whatsoever for those of us that are in debilitating pain.
