My wife spent several hours in the A&E dept last night. The staff were consummate professionals, kind, attentive and accommodating. The dept is also very clean. The staff that work here are a credit to their profession and deserve every bit of praise they get.

Mr White Thank you for your comments regarding your wife's care in the A/E department at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital recently. I will gladly forward them on to the A/E manager for her to share with her staff. Di Davis Patient Advice and Liaison Service Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust
