I had an emergency stay at the J.P. and my experience was very good. A&E were most efficient and after a fast X-Ray I was admitted to ward 5 then 22 DCU for an operation to my legs. I found the staff at every level polite, friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble over my 4 day stay.Even though it was very busy staff were always there and gave you confidence in their respective fields. Attention to cleanliness, kitchen menus and personal interest in the individual was excellent. all in all a very good experience - thank you james paget hospital.
