"Modernising psychiatric care"

About: Springfield University Hospital (London)

I think everybody in the psychiatric realm should be treated like individuals. What might be good for one person may not be good for another. Professionals should be more careful when making diagnoses. I have suffered immensly because of wrong medication. Doctors should remember their oaths about not giving wrong medication. Im grateful to those who control their tongue and just listen. There is good and bad everywhere. Thanks for listening.

Repeated post.

Dear Valerie Ann Bergman

Thank you for your feedback which I shall feed into our development plans regarding patient experience. I note that you have concerns about diagnosis in particular - I would be grateful if you could please send me further details to complaintsmanager@swlstg-tr.nhs.uk and I will look into it further.

Best wishes

Victoria
