"incompentent reception personnel and outrageous..."

I had to visit the hospital briefly to leave a bunch of flowers for the doctor who treated me as a thank you. At the reception there were two ladies working at the reception who didn't have a clue about who works in the hospital and when; the common method to answer any queries is to send a person to a totally random direction and hope he won't come back. The attitude of those ladies was bad. Despite Frimley Park being flashier than Royal Surrey but it's the staff that matters and I was left unimpressed. I also had to pay £2.70 for under 30 minute parking; I didn't realise that Frimley Park also operates as an airport!
