"I cannot thank everyone enough"

About: Castle Hill Hospital / Cardiology Hull Teaching PCT

(as the patient),

I was admitted for 13 days at Castlehill Hospital in March this year. I had a heart attack and while in hospital I suffered a minor stroke. Every member of hospital staff that helped to treat me was marvellous. They were kind and helpful and made me feel at ease. I cannot thank everyone enough. Since being discharged from hospital, I have had phone calls from Cardiac nurses and from the stroke team who are interested in my health and the medication I am taking. My GP has also been incredible. I am so grateful to everyone and feel that people are so rarely thanked for good service. The fact that the same team are following up my care makes me feel so much better. As I said, I cannot thank everyone enough for how I was treated.
