"Accident and Emergency"

I have had a relative in Scunthorpe accident and emergency today. I wish to feedback that although my relative waited 8hours to be taken to a ward the level of care and attention received in accident and emergency was excellent. The staff concerned were helpful and kept us informed of the situation and were courteous, polite and caring when it was obvious they were extremely busy. The team work was evident between staff helping each other to ensure all care was provided for the patients. We appreciate everything you have done for us today and keep up the good work!
