I have had a severe headache for the past 2 weeks and went to the Royal London Hospital A & E because it was really unbearable. Painkillers didn't help much either. When I told the receptionist I have had it ongoing for more than 2 weeks but today was very worse, I was told there is nothing they can do for me and I was sent away to a walk in clinic. If this is how you treat medical emergencies, then good luck to the people of England! Their live and wellbeing depends on totall unqualified receptionists that will send you away even if you are in severe pain. Thanks for that! Until today, I don't know what I have and my headache is going on thanks to you!
