"A/S Course"

I recently stayed in the R.N.H.R.D for two weeks for the A/S course that they run. When l arrived l had been in a lot of pain for quite some time and was very down. l had lost a lot of my confidence and was quite depressed. l was also very apprehensive as to weather they could help me. How were they going to make me feel better and take away some of the pain l had been in for so long. What l found was a group of people who were dedicated to what they believed in with a vast amount of knowledge about A/S. So passionate about what they do that they made me feel at ease on my first day. l have learned so much about my condition that l feel l can now cope with it on a day to day basis without getting depressed because it is never going to go away. The coping skills l have learned have made me more confident again l would like to thank all the staff on the A/S course for all there hard work. They are a really dedicated team of people thank you you have given me the knowledge to feel like l can go forward .
