"How many times can 1 hospital mess up?"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

We moved to the area early 2014 and luckily had no reason to go to this hospital until October. X-ray, we took time off work to go in the day. waited 1.5hrs, had everything done. The results never got to our doctors. Samples, we collected the pot as instructed from the hospital, returned the sample in the time frame given . Sorry need to retest. We were told to collect fro. The doctors this time, did sample again took time off work, as this department is only open tues-fri 8am-12. Took in sample. Sorry wrong pot! Here's a new one. 3rd time, took sample in, all done again as instructed. Sorry, you haven't got a doctors form. Er no. They eventually sorted it. Now let's see if these results make it back to our surgery.
