After contacting the 111 number, I was skillfully questioned and asssessed. Then picked up by ambulance and taken to Alex A & E. Booked in and examined, x rayed and treated.
All these services were carried out in a speedy and proffessional manner by every member of the team, from pick up to discharge.
I had changed in about 3 hours from a confused ill old man, to a hopefull patient, back in the real world.
And very thankfull
