"Fracture Clinic/Physiotherapy"

I have already written a letter praising your staff. Both depts have been absolutely amazing with my care and I cannot thank them enough. I have cancelled my private medical care offered by my employers as a result of the care I have received from Frimley Park Hospital. I have not needed any medical care other than day to day treatment until I broke my arm last year and I cannot fault Frimley Park other than the A & E ( I had to wait 7 hours with patients with less severe injuries being seen before me)But my aftercare and Consultant care has been amazing. The Physiotherapy dept has been equally brilliant, offering me Hydrotherapy and Gym sessions alongside one to one consultations. One person deserves personal praise, he has been thorough, minimised NHS costs by removing the need for surgery and provided a sympathetic yet justified approach to my rehabilitation to my place of work. I cannot stress how much he should be commended for his work in my case and I am eternally grateful - he alone has restored my faith in the NHS. Please also thank your staff in Reception, the Fracture Clinic, your X-Ray staff and also your Porter for the Fracture Clinic - without him, I would not have had a clue about bus timetables (20 years since I took a bus!)
