"Attentive, helpful and very kind paramedics"

About: Gloucestershire Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust Southmead Hospital

(as the patient),

A couple of weeks ago, I was transferred from Gloucester Hospital to Bristol Southmead Hospital after breaking vertebra in a bicycle accident. I would like to say BIG thank you for the attentive, helpful, charming and very kind paramedics: Jeff and Tom.

With my wife, we where very scared because of the journey, but with your extra care everything was very easy. Thank you a lot! ! !

At the moment we are at home. The surgery was successful and now I can walk again: )

I would like to say thank you all the nurses for their loveliness, and thanks to the Doctor for the very good job.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am glad to hear that your surgery was successful, and that you are making a good recovery following your accident.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients when they need us most.
