My 12wo son and I have had some trouble with breastfeeding since he was born.
I posted on a local breastfeeding support forum and Debbie Grice, the Cherubs Breastfeeding Support Worker for Macclesfield told me where I could meet her to get support. She was very nice and helpful and said she suspected he might have a tongue tie. She referred us to the clinic at Stepping Hill Tongue Tie Clinic.
We've been to the clinic this morning and were seen by Sarah McKie and her colleague, the Peer Support Coordinator. They were very kind, explained everything thoroughly, and were particularly gentle with my son. He even smiled at them after they'd cut his tongue tie. I really appreciate the prompt and caring service we've had.
