"Worst service ever"

About: Crawley Hospital / Urgent treatment centre

I went in with a fixed appointment time as my 15 month daughter was unwell. The lady at reception on 30/11/14 on the evening shift was the rudest. She didn't even show any sympathy towards our situation. She didn't even inform us when we checked in that it was a 1.5hr wait even though we had an infant appointment which required urgent attention. I would never use this service again!!! Pointless staff Urgent treatment centre more like chicken factory.
