"Simply amazing"

I came in for a knee replacement on 10th October and everything about my stay was nothing short of brilliant, I felt safe well looked after during the initial very uncomfortable/painful time and received the most spectacular professional care possible. The nursing staff were patient when things were a little hard for me and also good humoured and friendly making me feel less awkward. All staff involved did whatever possible to make me feel comfortable and so well cared for - I could have stayed longer! Thank you everyone so very very much. After I left the hospital I phoned when I had a small concern and again I was attended to and my mind put at rest immediately. The pre assessment and joint school teams were also great teams, friendly, explaining and answering questions confidently which was very reassuring. I am now under the physiotherapy team who again are a fantastic helpful positive and professional bunch - thank you.
