"Big thanks to staff and the team in A&E"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital

I arrived at A&E last night with chest pains. It was the first time I have been in A&E for many years. I first met a lovely nurse who had lost her voice and was still giving me great care and attention. I was told what was going to happen and then went to see a member of staff in the doctors area. Her bedside manner was perfect and I felt as though she really cared about me and my situation. All the other nurses were great and I ended up leaving early the next morning feeling reassured and happy with their approach. Thanks to the paramedics who brought me in too as I was a little nervous and they told me I would be ok.
