To whom it may concern!

I am a boston lad and ive always known about addiction but in the past whenever I have tried to get help ive been passed from on drug worker to the next.

This time it’s been different I’ve had Anna from day one and it makes all the difference. She knows me and works had to make all the difference to point me in the right direction. Anna should be proud of herself she’s only young but she does her job extremely professionally. I just wish the other people I work with were the same.

Anna always makes times to speak to you and she talks good sense for a woman of her age. I know I have been lucky to have Anna as my drug worker and I’ve written this letter to show my appreciation. I will always be grateful for the help Anna gave me. Yours faithfully.
