"Ward 5 excellent experience and care throughout!"

I would just like to thank all the kind and caring staff on ward 5 and most of all the kind and caring cleaner who made me a cup of tea and brought me a sandwich after surgery she was a very happy and jolly lady and nothing was too much trouble for her, I can not thank her enough for the excellent care I recived from that lady. Also the care I recived from the nursing staff and student nurses who booked me in.. I was booked in at 7:30 and went to theatre at 10.00 very fast and efficient. the surgeon was wonderful explained the procedure thoroughly and he was a happy and jolly speciality registrar very patient oriented and made me feel at ease and very down to earth. I would also like to thank all staff in theatre itself and the theatre recovery unit they did a fantastic job and I would also like to thank the anethetist odps and all other theatre staff present for my surgery today Please could you pass on my best regards to these people as I don't think they get recognised for there excellent care and a people skills.
