"Poor treatment, no respect at Bronglais"

A relative of mine has spent a couple of months in Bronglais Hospital.

I feel that the hospital is not able to care for his needs, has totally disregarded his dignity and privacy, and the family have been fobbed off with excuses and lied to. A transfer to another unit has been delayed because the ward staff did not bother to chase the transfer request.

The attitude of the staff I have meet has been disgusting. It is quite clear that as far as they are concerned my relative and his family are a nuisance and an inconvenience.
