"diagnoses/treatment"

About: Clatterbridge Hospital

My husband presented with a "volcano" on his scalp. it was removed and sent for biopsy we were asked to re -attend and told that he needed further treatment. Our inclusion with the discussion was excellent and we were satisfied with what the procedure would be.

May we firstly apologise for the delay in responding to your comment. This was due to a technical glitch that has now been resolved. Thank you very much for your kind comments about your husband's care. We are proud of the care he received and hope that you are now recovering well. Our staff work hard to try to ensure that a patient’s experience whilst at the hospital is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and they are always considerably heartened and motivated on learning how much their efforts have been appreciated. We have passed your kind sentiments to staff in the Dermatology department. If we can be of further assistance in any way, please do not hesitate to contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on freephone 0800 432 0251, email wih-tr.pals@nhs.net or in writing to PALS, Arrowe Park Hospital, Arrowe Park Road, Upton, Wirral, CH49 5PE.
