Appointments have been cancelled and changed. A request to return for further monitoring after 6 months has never happened and in a phone call today I find it will be nearer 10 months before an appointment is available. The delay is quote 'because they are so busy'. The situation was never this bad before the move of the department to the new building. On the plus side I should highlight the very careful and expert treatment given by the entire staff of The Acorn Unit. There treatments were explained and everyone was very helpful and responsive
