"Gastroscopy at Royal Liverpool Hospital"

I had a gastroscopy this morning at the above Hospital, and cannot praise the staff within the unit , especially my Dr, and the nurses. Despite numerous attempts at sedation (my veins are dreadful) we decided that I would try the procedure without. The staff were absolutely professional, caring, and displayed empathy. Given I was scared witless the whole procedure was carried out successfully. I would say to anyone who has to undergo a gastroscopy listen to what the staff are asking you do and you will be fine, I even had my hand held , worth a thousand words .the unit was clean and well staffed. excellant service .
