"Excellent Experience"

I had two stays (Feb & Oct 2014) having never been in a hospital in my previous 62 years. I felt very apprehensive particularly on the first occasion, however, from the moment I arrived at reception, I was made to feel very much at ease. I cannot fault anything during my stays and, if it is possible to have an excellent experience in a hospital, this was it.
