About: New Cross Hospital / Eye infirmary

(as the patient),

I had a flare up of an ongoing eye problem. I was triaged and reassured, then given pain relief drops. The opthamic nurse examined my eye and gave me treatment to take home and a follow up appt for yesterday afternoon. On Sunday after a very comfortable pain free night I was contacted to bring forward my follow up appt. This was excellent and I am very happy with my care and treatment, thank you.
