"Bad manners"

Receptionist this Saturday shockingly rude greeted with "what's the problem !" In a very cold manner and as I was with my son and very concerned this attitude made me leave this unit for care elsewhere I realise they deal with a lot but surely a kind ear is better than a rude attitude !
