I attended my local NHS hospital for an operation on my prostate (TURP).
All the staff were fantastic, efficient,cheerful, thorough and professional people. Nothing was too much trouble from the cleaning and catering staff right through to nursing and surgical staff. All were polite and positive and made what could have been a traumatic experience almost enjoyable.
