About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Urgent referral by GP. Contacted by TRAQS same day and given referral to Maddocks Physiotherapy clinic. Received letter from clinic the following Monday and when I called them was given an appointment for the next day. Thank you for your assistance.
