Dylan was an excellent advocate. On a single occasion he admitted that he had told me some incorrect information. He subsequently corrected himself and apologised. He was so professional, approachable and helpful. I didn't refer to his expertise too much in the meeting with the psychiatrist, however he did raise a couple of very important points which I would have missed out talking about, had he not been there. I wholeheartedly recommend Dylan as an advocacy support worker to others in a similar position to myself.
