"What a great bunch of people"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

Would just like to say what a great bunch of people in the gastroenterology unit.

I had cause to visit the unit yesterday afternoon and from walking in to leaving I was made to feel at ease from reception through to seeing Dr Khumar the specialist I was treated with professionalism, and great politeness. Thank you all so very much.

Thank you for your reply, I just wish more people would give credit were credit is due. Our n.h.s. Is very special to this country and more positive comments rather then small negative comments are required to lift the staff morals to a higher level, it's a brilliant service doing a very difficult job in a changing country.
