"Excellent care received at the Emergency Department at Kings Mill Hospital."

I am writing on behalf of my Father who recently was seen in the Emergency Department at Kings Mill hospital with an injury to his eye. We just wanted to write to thank the staff for the excellent care he received.

My Father was treated promptly and the staff were very polite and respectful. We particularly wanted to thank the specialist nurse practitioner (I think his name was Stephen Wright). He assessed my Father, diagnosed the condition & then clearly explained the treatment plan. His manner was very reassuring and professional which put my elderly Father at ease.
