"Long wait for appointment"

About: Sefton PCT

(as the patient),

I arrived at Litherland Town Hall 09:20 on the 14th April for a blood sample to be given, but this was not completed until 11:15 (almost 2 hours late).

On my arrival I was number 41 in the system and number 15 was just going in for their sample. I think that you need either more nurses or a pre-booking system.
