"Impossible to get an appointment at Bradley Stoke Surgery"

(as the patient),

I have been trying to get an appointment at Bradley Stoke Surgery for a month now.

You either can que up or phone between 8.00 and 9.30. I have a small baby and cannot que up with him, so I have been trying to call every morning, the phone is constantly engaged between 8 and 9.30, when I finally get through I am told that I am calling too late and that I need to call earlier as there are now no appointments left. When I say that I have been trying to call for the last hour and a half, I am then told, well we have been busy.

I do not want to que with my baby with all the sick people needing an appointment. I do not know what to do.
