"Very grateful to DRI"

About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary / General surgery Doncaster Royal Infirmary / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I am well now however I was treated in ward 18 by the gynaecologist which was very good as it was difficult because I had thrombosis in my left leg so the procedure took longer than it would have. I was treated very well and it took a while for me to recover. The nursing staff was wonderful there. I stayed in hospital for three weeks as it took me a while to get over it. But I did return again to see the doctor three years after it happened and she said she was very happy to see me looking so well. I am very grateful to DRI.

The next procedure I had was removal of my gall bladder when I was 65 years old. The operation went well and again I am very grateful to all at DRI.
