"The staff encountered could not have been more helpful and human"

About: East Surrey Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

The whole day from Admissions, Imaging, both before and after the biopsy to ward care after the biopsy was excellent. The staff encountered could not have been more helpful and human.

My wife who was with me the whole time was treated in the same way.
