"Consultant is wonderful, clever and caring"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

Miss C S Lim has lasered and looked after my diabetic eye problems for about ten years. Her kindness and support has been incredible. Four months ago, Miss Lim did a cataract op on my worst eye.

She calmed me down and talked to me comfortingly during the 40 minute procedure, which did not go exactly to plan. It was exceedingly stressful, but Miss Lim's calming words throughout meant I got through in good shape.

Miss Lim is a wonderful. clever, caring consultant. If it were possible to give 6 stars or 101%, then I would.

Thanks to you for saving my sight.

This feedback was originally posted in November 2014 via the Patient Opinion website. There is presently a technical problem with the NHS Choices website. This means a back log of comments are presently being pulled from the Patient Opinion website later than usual. We have escalated our concerns to the NHS Choices team, who have assured us that their team are working to resolve the problem. We responded to this post back in November 2014. This lovely feedback was shared with the staff involved at the time.
