"Still Waiting for referal appointment after..."

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

I was referred to john Radcliffe in August and seen in the ssip ward. Kept waiting for 2.5hrs. When seen told I needed a scan to confirm diagnosis. Waited 4wks for appointment, Got to hospital after having travelled 35miles to be told appointment with specialist rescheduled for next month without notification, after much fuss was seen only to be told the same(you need a scan). Scan appointment finally arrived 3wks later with a follow up appointment the following week. Scan appointment went fine however follow up appointment another disaster. Cancelled and rescheduled by specialist PA again!! Told them I was not moving from their hospital until seen as this was totally unecceptable treatment. Was seen by the ENT specialist who advised on outcome of scan and said I needed referring to the facial surgery specialist team for treatment. That was in October and still waiting. I have rang and rang this place with no positive outcome. I am in agony with the condition I have been diagnosed with but it appears no one seems to care. Feeling very let down.
