"Awful."

About: Broomfield Hospital

DAU, postnatal and labour ward are completely useless. The midwives, nurses and doctors seen to have no communication between them. The treatment they have supplied has been ineffective and they seem to have no idea how they should be approaching my partners situation. They've given her false information repeatedly the regarding first when they would be inducing her (4 times in 5 days she was told shed be induced, only for the clueless obstetrician to change his mind. Great way to stress out a pregnant woman with hypertension caused by pre eclampsia), and secondly regarding her discharge day, constantly getting her hopes up only to shoot them down again all through a lack of communication and people not knowing what's happening but still opening there mouth. The anaesthetist asked her to sign a waiver for the epidural while she was under influence of gas and air and in labour contractions meaning she was hardly aware of what she was signing, there was no privacy during her labour as people, male and female alike, seemed to deem it appropriate to just walk in while she was uncovered without so much as knocking or asking her permission. This hospital is a pitiful excuse of the name and I wouldn't recommend it to a dog.
