"Thank you to Bransholme out of hours district nurses"

About: City Health Care Partnership CIC / District nursing

(as a relative),

Sadly my husband recently died from cancer - he was only 56 years old and although he never really wanted to believe he was dying he always said he wanted to die at home.

Without the total support of all the district nurses who give 24 hour care I could not have fulfilled his wish. The nurses were only ever a phone call away and visited when requested without a second thought and they constantly gave me the strength to carry on.

Thank you.
